Our beef is freshly ground everyday, never frozen and HMC certified. We use a bespoke blend of 100% beef cuts from free range grass fed British Hereford red cows. We cook our beef burgers to medium well-done perfection and they’re served with our freshly baked egg glazed white bread.

Our sausages are handmade in-store using our bespoke mix of 100% prime cuts of ground beef, chopped smoked beef bacon and our own special blend of fresh herbs and spices. Our sausages get the VIP treatment, which means they’re cooked on their very own ribbed griddle and served in freshly backed artisan potato bread rolls.

CHICKEN

We only use the freshest 100% chicken breasts from Lincolnshire reared chickens – all from HMC approved suppliers. Marinated and hand breaded with our special mix of herbs and spices, they are then deep fried to order and served in our toasted sesame seed, white bread buns.

We use sustainable and responsibly sourced North Atlantic cod, brought to you everyday from our local Billingsgate Market. Seasoned and coated in our very own ginger beer batter, our fish is then deep fried. Our fillets are best served with our freshly toasted egg glazed white bread and of course…tartar sauce.

Our mushroom burgers are suitable for vegans. Handmade in-store using the very best Shiitake and Portobello mushrooms, they are coated in breadcrumbs and our special blend of herbs and spices. We have created a mushroom burger with a sophisticated flavour profile and universal appeal.
