We only use the freshest 100% chicken breasts from Lincolnshire reared chickens – all from HMC approved suppliers. Marinated and hand breaded with our special mix of herbs and spices, they are then deep fried to order and served in our toasted sesame seed, white bread buns.

Seasoned and coated in our very own ginger beer batter, our fish is then deep fried. Our fillets are best served with our freshly toasted egg glazed white bread and of course…tartar sauce..
